This is where the science gets really interesting.

2) Proprioceptive feedback (you feel what’s working)
Vibration provides immediate sensory feedback that traditional Kegels don’t.
Your nervous system continuously receives information about muscle activity, which lets your body naturally develop more effective contraction patterns.
In practice, the difference looks like this:

Vibration-assisted training: continuous feedback that helps your muscles find the right movement
This feedback creates a real learning effect: over time, your pelvic floor learns to contract more efficiently, even when you’re not using the device.
3) Prolonged activation without constant focus
Most people can genuinely stay focused on voluntary Kegels for about 4 to 7 minutes before their attention drifts.
Vibration-assisted training, on the other hand, can stay effective for 15 to 20 minutes (or more), because it doesn’t depend on your conscious focus.
